A pirated edition of the Grove Press first edition, using what appears to be the same plates as the Grove First American Edition (even states "first printing" on the copyright page), and with a matching Grove dust jacket (lacking Grove Press at spine). Peculiar and uncommon edition, unlikely to find another equivalent.
